- We offer 100% refund on ebooks, training and software purchases that are transacted on Yoojy.com. Buyer must contact us within 30 days of their purchase to request a refund.
- Refund requests that are made after 30 days will not be honored.
- We DO NOT offer any refund on domain names, advertising and traffic packages and products. If you are buying any kind of advertising products such as advertising credits, traffic packages, program signups or any other kind of traffic and advertising product sold on our website, your purchase is not eligible for any kind of refund. Such products cost us time, extra money, transaction with 3rd-parties and more to fulfill the orders and that is why we cannot offer refunds on such products.
- We of-course cannot offer you a refund for products that were purchased elsewhere. If you clicked on a link on Yoojy.com and were led to another site where you made a purchase, you must request your refund from that site/business.
However, your satisfaction is important to us. If you have a serious issue about your purchase of an advertising or traffic product, email us and we will work with you to solve the issue and may offer partial refund if warranted.
